This Cookie Notice explains how Gamma Earth Sàrl ("Gamma Earth", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on the gamma.earth website and the Gamma Earth Platform at app.gamma.earth. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as browser local storage, perform comparable functions. We use both, and refer to them collectively as "cookies" in this notice.
2. Analytics behaviour before you make a choice
When you visit gamma.earth, our analytics tag (Google Analytics 4) loads on every visit. Before you make a cookie choice, it operates in a restricted mode: no cookies are written to your device and no identifier is stored. Google nevertheless receives your IP address, the page URL, and basic technical data as an anonymous, cookieless signal. We rely on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for this limited processing, which we use only to understand aggregate traffic volume.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics additionally stores the identifiers described in the table below. That processing relies on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
3. Cookies we use
There are two categories: strictly necessary and analytics.

Strictly necessary cookies are required for the site to remember your choices and cannot be disabled. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them.
4. Consent applies across both sites
Your cookie choice is stored in a cookie that carries a domain attribute, so a single choice applies to both gamma.earth and app.gamma.earth. You do not need to make the choice twice.
5. How to change or withdraw your consent
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the "Cookie settings" button in the footer of the website. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics cookies from being set; it does not affect processing already carried out before withdrawal.
You can also delete cookies through your browser settings. If you delete the strictly necessary consent cookie, you will be asked to make your choice again on your next visit.
6. Changes to this notice
